Hello! I'm Mabelle. I'm a graphic artist by profession for more than a decade and a paper scrapper for the last 7 years. I used to have a bias against digital scrapping thinking it would feel like "work" for me - can you imagine using the same software you use for work to do something else? I was thinking scrapping wont feel like "relaxation" for me at all if I do it digitally. In front of the computer the entire day and in front of the computer AGAIN to relax before I go to bed. <sigh> I became a convert the day I had to do a scrap page for a friend and I decided to do a digital scrap instead for lack of time. It didn't feel like "work" when I started to focus on my "gift" rather than on the (same) work tools I was using. That was the day I discovered I CAN love and DO both --- paper scrap when I have the time and digital scrap when I dont! Truly the best of both worlds. Im the webmaster of a community of scrappers in Manila, Philippines. My website: www.myscrapworks.com My gallery of scrapped pages and my blog can be found at the site. Here's my FIRST digital scrapped page. The one that gave me much joy to do erasing all my bias that digiscrapping will feel like work:
