There are so many out there - Photoshop, Digital Image Pro and a new one I found out about on this site ACDSee Photo Editor. So what are you using?

Anonymous Anyone using .dbx files? 0 Dec 4 2009, 4:43 PM EST by Anonymous

I just found Gliftex, which is awesome for creating papers... but I want to add other .dbx files to it. I'm only using elements, not CS3 or any real CAD program. Can anyone recommend any good tools for converting custom shapes to .dbx, or any good, free-or-inexpensive, scrap-for-hire or commercial use .dbx warehouses? Thanks in advance.
