How can we improve this wiki?
I don't really have the answer to your question Tracey. But here are some of my thoughts.
I would think that the site needs to promote its unique value proposition of being a collaborative site that everybody can put material into. I would suggest there needs to be promotion of this outside the WIKI. I think there needs to be a sense of ownership for the site which is probably not strong at the moment.
It would probably help if we had a purpose for the Wiki. Something that could be a focus of digital scrapbooking information to draw people to the site and use it as a resource.

What software do you use?
I've heard lots of good things about GIMP. But I guess the deciginf factor for me would be the number of learning resources there are available for PSE.
